Norwood International High VR program

Modern Greek is one of five languages on offer at NIHS and has been a subject offering for over 30 years. The Foundation funded an incentive program which was designed to increase the numbers of students choosing Modern Greek at year 7. Interactive VR activities were developed by year 7 & 8 students about Greek mythology which were shared with year 6 students at Trinity Gardens. This exercise extended the linguistic and cultural skills of the students who examined the Greek origins of words through multimodal teaching methodologies.
