The Hellenic Collective

Hellenism is a rich and diverse legacy that has contributed immeasurably to the development of human civilisation and the western democratic system in which we live. However, with the passage of time and in line with a reality amongst diaspora communities, there is a sense of disengagement between the connection of younger generations and their Hellenic roots. At this crucial point, the youth of South Australia (and Australia more broadly) are seeking a source of Hellenism to engage with and to build their relationship with Hellenistic culture, traditions and people.

The Hellenic Collective is an initiative of the Hellenic Studies Foundation, with its mission to engage, educate, and empower young people to become ambassadors of Hellenism, ensuring its legacy, tradition and values are preserved and promoted for future generations in Australia
