Andrew Andrews

Andrew is a senior data management professional and Regional Advocate (Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East) for the Enterprise Data Management Association (EDM Council). He is the past Vice President Marketing of DAMA International and former President of DAMA Australia, with more than four decades of experience in data governance and data management. His career includes executive roles at ANZ Bank and an Australian Government regulator.

Beyond his professional career, Andrew has a strong history of community and cultural engagement. He is actively involved with the Hellenic Studies Foundation, supporting initiatives that promote Greek language, cultural education and intergenerational connection. His previous community roles include participation in community broadcasting with Fresh FM, where he contributed to multicultural storytelling and community dialogue. Andrew is recognised for his longstanding commitment to strengthening cultural visibility and community participation within Australia’s multicultural landscape.
